Sizes
Do you have a size guide?
Yes it is located here
What sizes do you carry?
We will stock clothing from size 16 upwards only. In most cases we expect to be able to source clothing from size 16 to 22. We will also stock size 24 upwards where Manufacturers make them. Sometimes we find designers who only manufacture as far as size 18. Generally we won't stock them unless they have garments that we feel are exceptional.
Isn't size 14 a plus size, why don't you stock it?
Size 14 is interesting, for some people it is a plus size and for others it isn't. Until we have sufficient feedback from our customers we have elected not to stock size 14 at present. We may do in future seasons, if you'd like us to stock size 14 please let us know!
What are the differences in sizing?
Different countries tend to have their own interpretation on sizing. It makes providing a consistent guide for our customers very difficult! We will endeavour to explain the variations where we can across our different brands. We will always use UK sizing as a benchmark and we will do features on our blog about the different brands we stock, with styling suggestions for various figure shapes.
How do you quote the length of an item?
We will always give the length of an garment in centimetres. Garments are measured on the hanger and usually the length will be quoted from shoulder to hem or back of the neck to hem depending on the design of the garment. We will not use the terms short long or regular as everybody is different!
How long are trousers you stock?
The styles we currently stock all have the same leg length which you may need to have altered. All lengths are quoted on the product description pages.
In our size guide we do give advice about the fit of the different brands we sell and we will do features on our blog about individual products it styling suggestions.
Care & Fabrics
Do you provide care instructions?
Yes we detail the care instructions for each garment on the web site. If a garment requires special care we will specifically point this out.
Ordering
What methods of payment do you accept?
At the moment we can take payments by credit and debit card via Pay Pal only, please note you do NOT need a Paypal account to pay via PayPal.
When you have confirmed you are ready to pay for your items you get taken through to the Paypal payments screen.
You have two options for making a payment via Paypal
- Login with your Paypal account (if you have one) and make your payment as normal.
- Below the Paypal login box there is a second option wihich allows you to pay for your items via debit or credit card via Paypal without having to have a paypal account. See the screenshot below.

We will also accept cheques but we will wait until they clear before despatching your order.
Why don't you accept credit card debit cards via providers other than Paypal?
We are in the process of setting this up. Unfortunately this is taking a lot longer than we anticipated! We will have alternative payment methods available in a few weeks time.
Why do you need my mobile number?
So we can contact you if we need to urgently update about your order, payment or delivery.
Can I buy items tax-free if I live outside of the UK?
If you live in the EU we have to charge you UK VAT. Currently we do not supply products beyond the EU.
Why is it that there are things on the website that are out of stock?
This is due to the fact that an item may have sold out just before you've looked at it. All out of stock items are removed from the site at the end of each day.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Not at this time, but this is something we will introduce in the future.
What can I do if something is wrong with my order?
If there is something wrong with your order please contact us in the first instance via email.
